In order to ensure the quality and safety of general lifting equipment and lifting belts during use, the enterprise has stipulated that they should be regularly sent to the laboratory for tensile testing and calibration every year. In addition, the company has comprehensive daily management and usage standards for general lifting equipment and lifting belts, as follows:

1. Pre use inspection: Before use, the operator should conduct identification and visual inspection, confirm that the rated load and condition are intact, and fill out the pre use inspection form before use.

2. Self inspection by the using department: Each using unit shall be led by the supervisor to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the general lifting equipment and lifting belts every week, and fill out the "Inspection Record Form" after inspection.

3. Inspection: The Equipment Management Department conducts daily irregular inspections and spot checks on general lifting equipment and lifting belts every month.

4. Regular inspection: The Equipment Management Department conducts comprehensive inspections of each user unit on a monthly and quarterly basis.

5. Personnel training: The Equipment Management Department provides professional training on inspection standards, techniques, safety, and usage to the rigging and lifting belt administrators of each user unit every quarter. Through the above comprehensive training, inspection and supervision system, the quality and safety performance of non-metallic general lifting equipment and lifting belts can be effectively controlled.
