YangZhou ShenLong Rope Co., Ltd. has mechanized production equipment and complete product testing methods. It mainly produces nylon, polypropylene, polyester, polyethylene, high molecular polyethylene and other series of products. The structure includes single-layer and multi-layer braiding of 3 strands, 6 strands, 8 strands, 12 strands, 24 strands, 32 strands, 48 strands, etc., and the specifications are between Φ4mm~300mm for you to choose. The product materials include ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber, Dyneema fiber (Dyneema®), aramid, high-performance polyester polypropylene blend (PET+PP), polyester (polyester PET), polyamide (nylon, nylon PA), polypropylene (polypropylene PP), and other series of different structural rope products. The products are suitable for deep-sea marine engineering, ultra-large ships, ships and aerospace, special heavy lifting, large deep-sea marine ranch equipment, fishing, yachts, mining and water conservancy channel protection, etc.

At present, the company has 13 wire drawing machines, twisting machines, 24 stranding machines, multi-strand braiding machines and other large and small rope making machines, and 35 production equipment, which can meet the customized production needs of various customers for various ropes. It has 5 high-tech tensile testing machines with a maximum range of 800 tons and other testing equipment, which can meet various needs of rope testing, and the annual production capacity of cables exceeds 6,000 tons.

Our Team & Technology

Since its establishment, the company has focused on product research and development and improvement. In recent years, the company has cooperated with Donghua University, Sichuan University, Institute of Oceanology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and 725 Institutes for technical research and development, forming a set of operating mechanisms from market research to new product development, and then to achievement transformation, market expansion, sales and services. In 2020, teacher Wang Tieqiang was introduced and approved as the Deputy General Manager of Science and Technology of Jiangsu Province. In the same year, teacher Zhang Aimin from Sichuan University was introduced and approved as the Yangzhou Green Yang Jinfeng Leading Talent Project. In 2023, teacher Zhang Zhipeng was introduced and approved as the Deputy General Manager of Science and Technology of Jiangsu Province.
